Hamish Mackie is an Award winning British Sculptor known for his bronze animal sculptures. Hamish has had the privilege of observing wildlife all over the world, which has allowed him to observe, study and learn different animals behaviors and personality's.
His bronze sculptures capture instinctive movements of animal behavior and manages to convey the inner core, strength and grace of his subject, along with portraying his passion for the natural world.
'Black Rhino' is an example of Hamish's strong, dynamic and 'living' sculptures. The gorgeous sculpture portrays the Rhino in action, allowing the viewer to visualize the animal meandering through the terrain.
